  Order took over 90 mins to arrive and the pizza was cold. Attempted to contact store with no answer. Contacted Crust via the website and again went unanswered. I paid a premium cost and got worst than domino's service.

  sorry doesn't deserve a star if images showing a very tasty pizza were true they would be a good pizza but unfortunately they aren't save your money and go elsewhere

  Fairly average for what you pay. Much better pizza places around.

  Ordered pizzas to be told it would be an 80min wait for delivery. Called back after ten minutes, asked if we could come an pick up instead, to save the wait. They told us pizzas had already been made and were ready for delivery. They couldn't guarantee hotness if we came to collect. We agreed to wait the ten minutes for delivery. After forty minutes, called back to see where pizzas were. Told is they left the store ten minutes ago, should be there any moment. Another twenty minutes, call again- "oh sorry, I'll call the driver and see what's happening". They were right about the eighty minute wait. Our pizzas finally arrived, cold. Worst service ever.

  Was told it would take 30mins. Arrived at 30mins and they said they would call out when it was ready. Another 20mins later the girl went and looked at all the pizzas that had been stacked up since I got there and mine was there! Not only was the pizza cold but it was meant to be vegetarian and it had meat on it. Very disappointed.
