  Being a person who loves tools and keeping up to date with new methods I was very impressed with the amount of tools on display at Warners Bay store with very easy access to peruse. My dealings with all staff especially Jess has been first class, with all questions answered on the spot and if not known is always no trouble to find correct answer. I find prices very good and I will be a long time customer.

  Great in-store experience, horrible post-purchase experience. Prices were quite competitive though their own-brand socket set was out of spec and had to be replaced for the ratchet to work properly and it was a pain to convince them what the problem was. Afterwards I got hit with marketing even after unsubscribing to the SMS and had to give up my reward points from thousands of dollars worth of purchases to stop them contacting me completely.

  Total Tools said it was out of its 3 months warranty so bad luck nothing they could do. I've spent at least a grand at that branch and think that they should have been more helpful given these are professional tools and not handyman grade or are they? I've found out the chuck is not standard so what the hell? My Hitachi lasted for 8 years and the Milwalkie is falling apart after 4 months. Good luck with after service at Total Tools.

  I'm very disappointed with Total Tools at Warners Bay. Less than 5 months ago I purchased the new Milwalkie drill combo 18 volt with the 5 amp batteries. Within 2 months the belt clip fell off and total tools replaced the clip on the spot. Last week the chuck on the hammer drill came apart. No warning but the

  Brilliant customer service. The guys went out of their way to help me with what I needed, it was only a small sale (this time) of fittings to set up my compressor hose. I'll be back, the range and prices are amazing. Special shout out and thank you to Matt.
