    The tall bald man is extremely rude and condescending. And doesn't come across as knowing anything about cars. No name badge so cannot tell you his name, but wouldn't be hard to figure out who it is when you walk in.

    Rang before i visited. Had what i wanted in stock. Really friendly and efficient staff.

    So been there before and didnt find the customer service anything special but being local I kept returning. Finished work early amd got there and 4.55 (closes at 5) doors locked. Could see guys standing around inside talking joking around. I knew what I wanted and would of been 2 minutes or less with some customer service.

    I worked for 4 years at an Autobarn on the north coast of NSW and wow I would be ashamed to work with someone like that. Autobarn is a great company but the way this employee talks to customers is a disgrace.

    Thankfully the other man at the checkout was much nicer, but that doesn't make up for the horrible way I was treated. Probably because I was a woman who "probably doesn't know anything about cars".
