    Fabulous. I searched Newcastle for wide fitting bike shoes but could find none in stock that were my size. Also looked everywhere for a upmarket light with replaceable rechargeable battery. Gateshead Cycles had both and the staff were very helpful and friendly and Jasinta was very patient in assisting me to find correct shoe size. I had shopped here for many years under different owners but having returned to cycling after a long break I wanted specific items and everything was in stock. I will definitely go that extra distance to shop here again.

    Great staff, knowledgeable and friendly. Very helpful service and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get into biking either road or mountain riding.
